For you who still don’t get a chance to get the luxury of Mac and still under the shadow of Windows, there is an application that copies all the features TextMate has and adds some additional features. It’s called E-TextEditor. The looks and the fonts are surely not as chic as TextMate but it doesn’t really matter. You can use all plug-ins created by TextMate and all documentation TextMate has.
